Golf Welcome

Congratulations on taking the step to a pain free back, mobile body & in turn - a better game!
Below is a suggested breakdown of each week to follow. The first week has 1 day up to week 10 aiming for 5 days that week. You can space out your days as it does not need to be back to back (for example Mon - Fri)
If you do not want to follow the plan below you can do as many videos as you like each week, mixing up the categories would be recommended to get the full benefits of each section. Once you complete your 3 months programme why not check out
The On Demand video library to continue your movement journey!

In this section we explore warm up movements that you can use in full sequence or individually to warm up before your Strength sequence videos and also these are excellent warm up movements to use on the course before you start your game. You can create a warm up individual to you by choosing different movements specific to what you require for releasing the body in preparation for your game.

In this section you have 3 Pilates sequences with Pilates movements targeting areas of concern for Golfers using your club and exercise mat.
This section will help to improve overall Strength in the body & Core.
Teaching to control power behind your swing, when to relax and when to engage your powerhouse muscles.

In this section we focus on Flexibility & Mobility Category we practice movements to lengthen muscles, reduce tightness and restore movement.
Limited range of movement and reduced flexibility will restrict your swing.

In this section the Balance Category we go through movements to both challenge and improve balance. Your Golf Stance set up is just as important as the swing itself and we focus on your stability and balance with different exercises.

In this section Myofascial Release we go deep into the fascia of the muscles to massage out knots and tension using rolling motions and trigger points.
Flexibility will not improve with tight & knotted muscles, this section compliments the Flexibility section.
