This page is for you to enjoy some movement from home as well as some hints and tips on all things exercise and wellbeing. Here is a 14 week home programme recorded for Spinal Injuries Ireland for their service users and anyone who may be looking for a more inclusive exercise video. The videos range from Chair Movements, Mat, Standing and the use of small equipment like weights and straps.

Below is a group of videos created using a cushion or a pillow to assist movements. Making positions more comfortable, which may reduce tension and the improve the set up and effectiveness of movements. Please note if there is continuous tension, tightness or back pain even when adjusting or changing the movement you should seek medical advice or visit a physio/ physical therapist.
