What you will need for this video selection:
* An exercise mat
​* A cushion or a pillow
* Comfortable clothes to workout in.
* A belt or scarf or yoga strap
Setting the scene:
* A clear space for you to safely perform the movements
* Some of your favourite relaxing tunes
