What you will need for this video selection:
* A full length Foam Roller (approximately 90 x 15)
* Tennis Ball or Massage Ball
* An exercise mat
​* A cushion or a pillow
* Comfortable clothes to workout in.
Setting the scene:
* A clear space for you to safely perform the movements
* Some of your favourite tunes
